- When will the order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouses in Badajoz, Spain. Please understand that your order may be delayed during public holidays, vacation periods, or sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of the order and are shipped the day after the processing day.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, your shipping time will be 24/48 business hours for delivery within national territory (peninsula only). We do not ship internationally at this time.

- Which shipping company do we use?
We ship using the national parcel company Correos Express Paq 24 Horas. You will be able to track your order at all times by contacting us via WhatsApp or our contact form, where we will respond as soon as possible.
- Will I be charged taxes or customs duties for the shipment?
The prices shown on our site are free of customs duties within national territory; therefore, you will not have to pay any tariffs or taxes under any circumstances once you place your order. In case of doubt, contact us.
